REACT training

The EAAA Resuscitation Excellence and Critical Care Training (REACT) is aimed at experienced clinicians from Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, Anaesthetics and Pre-hospital Emergency Medicine, with support from The ATACC Group.

About the course

Our Resuscitation Excellence and Critical Care Training (REACT) course is aimed at experienced senior clinicians from Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, Anaesthetics and Pre-hospital Emergency Medicine. This one-day course is for the advanced clinicians who respond when the protocol says to ‘seek expert help’, and who are relied upon to lead and teach others in advanced resuscitation skills and techniques. Together, we will tackle the challenging cases where there are no right answers and no easy options.

Our expert faculty will guide you through high-fidelity simulations with specific learning outcomes that are linked to evidence-based medicine. We will go far beyond resuscitation guidelines and protocols and will spend substantial time debriefing each simulation in detail in small groups. The simulations and debriefs are combined with short in-depth tutorial sessions to broaden and deepen resuscitation knowledge.
